ComberOnline was approached lately by a local Comber business "THE FOOTWEAR VILLAGE" , who kindly offered to sponsor the site for the period of one year with the option to renew after that period.
Our Editor, Gavin Wasson, visited the shop located at 22 Mill Street Comber to discuss the proposition with the Manager of the shop David Maxwell, David has been running the shop along with his cousin Matt and his Uncle, in the town for well over a year now, since the doors opened the business has gone from strength to strength, so much so that they have opened a new shop in the Main Street of Saintfield.
To celebrate their new venture David said "they would like to give something back to the Community" , and as they are involved with other community groups they decided that we seemed a worthy cause.
ComberOnline would like to thank The Footwear Village for their kind donation and wish them every success with their new branch in Main Street Saintfield. Their Donation has helped ComberOnline move to a new server, which will mean improved service from us.
Please find time to pop into The Footwear Village, located 22 Mill Street Comber, the next time you are passing.
The Footwear Village is a family run business, with over 20 years combined experience in looking after customers footwear needs.
They offer a varied and wide range of mens and ladies footwear, from those who need a strong, comfortable pair of shoes to those who need that little something special for that important occasion.
"We pride ourselves on providing a traditional environment in the 21st century."
